Eileen Michelle Susan

Hi, I'm Eileen
Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Health Psychology.
I am a graduate of the Juárez Autonomous University of Tabasco and hold a Master's degree in Clinical Health Psychology. I enjoy providing close, compassionate, and authentic care because I believe that feeling comfortable is a crucial part of the therapeutic process.
I consider myself a cheerful, attentive, empathetic, and outgoing person. In each session, I strive to truly listen to you, understand your story, and support you in a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself.
My goal is to help you develop practical tools that you can use in your daily life to feel better, make clearer decisions, and face your emotional challenges in a healthier way. Some of these tools can help you with assertive communication, emotional management, and problem-solving.
For me, therapy is not only a place to talk about what hurts, but also a space to get to know yourself better, discover new perspectives, and build the well-being you deserve.
A phrase that inspires me and represents my way of seeing psychology is:
"Psychology cannot tell people how they should live their lives. However, it can provide them with meaning for effective personal and social change."
